Position Overview
At JEM Childcare Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for young children. This role involves working 38 hours a week with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging and meaningful learning environments tailored to the developmental stages of children.
  • Supporting the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs.
  • Implementing a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to support all children in your care.
  • Meeting the requirements of the Curriculum for Excellence.
  • Having a minimum of one year of experience in a childcare setting.
