Senior Credit Trader

Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Trader to join our trading desk in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing best execution services to our Investment teams, executing global credit products, and providing market intelligence and news flow to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute trades across global credit products, including High Yield, Investment Grade, Emerging Market bonds, CDS, Leveraged Loans, Convertible Bonds, ABS, and Credit Options.
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence, including market sentiment, trading environment, and trading flows.
  • Monitor trading to ensure best execution at all times.
  • Conduct and report on trade cost analysis.
  • Undertake market-related research, including knowledge of regulatory, technical, and compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' proven credit trading experience at a buy-side institution.
  • Solid understanding and experience of execution across the global credit product range, along with experience of trade cost analysis.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to provide help and support to the team as required.
