Led by Jonathan Hazlett, our team comprises of experienced partners, legal directors, associate directors, senior associates, associates, and other professionals who share a passion for pensions law.

About the Work

As a Pensions Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex pensions issues, including:

  • Providing advice to employers and trustees on future benefit design changes, including negotiating terms and inputting into consultation exercises.
  • Advising on risk transfer exercises, including buy-ins and buy-outs, and liability management exercises.
  • Acting for representative beneficiaries in litigation relating to pension schemes.
  • Drafting and amending pension scheme documentation and member communications.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Senior Associate who has a strong understanding of pensions law and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. You will have a strong technical skillset and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
