As a Personal Trainer at our Glasgow Central Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, you should be confident, sociable, and approachable. Whether you are an experienced trainer or newly qualified, it is essential that you hold a CIMSPA PT Practitioner qualification (or higher). Your ability to communicate effectively and listen to clients is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations with confidence
- Conduct high-quality inductions, health assessments, group training, personal training sessions, and general gym responsibilities

- Explore avenues to advance into Wellbeing Lead positions
Salary is calculated based on a 40-hour work week, comprising 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential of up to £36,612.16 OTE.
During the probation period, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your client base and enhance your income potential.
Personal training sessions operate on a sliding scale; the more sessions you conduct, the greater your take-home earnings.
