Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our Leadership team at the Hangleton Manor. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pub during your shift, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the pub.
  • Contribute to the development of your team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow and succeed.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Leadership team to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
