About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team at Candour Solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing and developing mobile application solutions, and helping to define and maintain an agile software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8 developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your hands-on technical skills to design and develop mobile application solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Agile Development: Help to define and maintain an agile software development lifecycle, ensuring that our development processes are efficient and effective.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Technology Management: Recognize trends in technology and across the business, managing the introduction of new technologies to improve our development processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years' experience with React Native, with a strong background in TypeScript and Jest unit testing.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and mentor a team, with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of frameworks and practices for developing software for mobile applications, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Desirable Skills: Azure/DevOps experience, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and a strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
