Product Applications Specialist

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Applications Specialist to join a diagnostics company in the South/South East of England on a contract basis for 14 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve cases
- Deliver sustainable solutions for support cases
- Provide on-site support and customer training
- Degree educated in a relevant biomedical discipline
- Background in Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology
- Previous experience in a hospital or research laboratory (desired)
- Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
- Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and ability to work in a multicultural team environment (strongly desired)
- Full UK/EU driving license and passport (required for overseas training)
Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK, dedicated to delivering life-changing medicines through science-led innovation.
Location:This role is field-based with the majority of travel based in South & South East of England.
