About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Reading. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and growing a warm desk that supplies temporary industrial staff to clients.

You will be supported by our advanced technology systems and will have the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of your week after onboarding and performing. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing, which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new and existing industrial business
  • Business to business outbound sales calls and working to targets
  • Travelling to visit clients for meetings, so you will be a driver and have access to your own car
  • Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
  • Managing existing Accounts and relationships
  • Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
