About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Burscough Manor Care Home. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements
