Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Robert Kett Court. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and support tasks, promoting the service user's independence and dignity.
- Build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders, participating in wellbeing events and activities.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
