About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering the marketing and communications strategy for the UK and Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland region, aligned with the company's global marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales and aftersales teams to develop an integrated plan for product launches and car lifecycle management.
  • Support the development of the INEOS communications plan in the UK and Ireland, working closely with central teams to maximize the effectiveness of global messages and activities at a local level.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers to promote the INEOS brand.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities, including events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, market research, and campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize results.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and technologies, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
