At Sodexo, we're looking for a skilled Barista to join our team at Royal Stoke Hospital. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional drinks and serving food from our varied menu. You'll play a key role in extending a warm welcome and engaging in professional yet friendly conversation with patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Operate and maintain coffee making equipment.
  • Operate a cash register (or equivalent), receiving payments and providing customer service.
  • Maintain proper security of cash and understand and follow Sodexo cash-handling policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to use an espresso machine or willingness to learn barista service and food preparation.
  • Experience using a cash register or EPOS system.
  • Passion for maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
