Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Service Technician, your primary duties will include:
1. Performing maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks on vehicles to the highest standards.
2. Completing all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal productivity.
3. Accurately documenting diagnostic details, completed work, and utilized components in accordance with company and manufacturer protocols.
4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
5. Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
6. Understanding the significance of high customer satisfaction levels and striving to meet these expectations consistently.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this Automotive Service Technician position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dealership environment as a technician (or similar role)
- Strong customer service abilities
- Solid technical knowledge
- Valid driving license
- Capability to work independently
- Accountability for the quality and volume of work produced.
