Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Reading. As a skilled dealer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome to the gaming floor.
  • Understand the games, payouts, and high-value member recognition to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Connect with first-time customers, explaining the games and providing a seamless experience.
  • Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service.
  • Be aware of safer gambling practices and report any concerns to a manager.

Requirements

  • A fantastic personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Holder of a PFL (Personal Licence) and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
