Role

As a Civil Engineering Manager - Rail, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of rail civils projects in Bedfordshire. This role will involve managing a team of engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of engineers to deliver rail civils projects
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  3. Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  4. Monitor and control project costs and resources
  5. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
Essential Requirements
  1. Education to HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent suitable experience
  2. Comprehensive understanding of civils and related engineering principles, including interfaces between disciplines
  3. Held CEM status previously
  4. Good knowledge and understanding of standards, processes, and procedures
