Job Title: Sports Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Assistant to join our team at Aspire Defence Services Limited. As a Sports Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict supervision over swimming pool users and ensure their safety at all times.
• Ensure the area is clean and well-maintained, and provide advice to visitors on Centre regulations and facility usage.
• Prepare activity areas and carry out cleaning duties as necessary to ensure the building is always clean and safe.
• Perform pool rescues and apply first aid when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Requirements:

• Competent swimmer with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Desirable: First Aid at Work qualification and National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
