Employment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Coordinator. As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with barriers to work to achieve their employment goals.

We are looking for someone with

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficient in using IT systems and software to track progress and maintain accurate records.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
