Taxation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Tax Senior to join our team at Accountancy Expertise Ltd in Chichester. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients across various sectors, including trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert tax compliance and advisory services to personal tax clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns and other tax-related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of tax services, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of tax strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal tax, preferably in a practice environment.
- Professional qualification such as CTA and/or ATT, or willingness to pursue.
- Excellent knowledge of tax software, including CCH, IRIS, Xero, and Sage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
