We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Assurance Consultant to join our team at InterQuest Group. As an Interim Risk Assurance SME, you will play a key role in supporting our financial services client in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end design and implementation of risk frameworks, with a focus on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), operational risk, and conduct risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a risk assurance framework for the firm, working closely with stakeholders to identify and manage key strategic risks.
- Lead the development of risk management strategies and procedures to ensure operational risks are identified and managed effectively.
- Collaborate with the client's risk management team to enhance conduct risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable background in risk management and assurance, with a focus on operational risk and conduct risk.
- Strong knowledge of ERM and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
