About the Role

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Cost Management Director to join our Exeter office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Cost Management Directors in delivering growth in the region.
  • Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables to meet clients' requirements.
  • Cost planning and settlement of final accounts.
  • Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Mentoring and coaching employees to their full potential.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across cost management activities.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with sound cost management experience post MRICS qualification, sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning, and a cohesive knowledge of construction methods and materials. You should also have practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
