Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team at nGenium. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance and repair services for Diagnostic Imaging equipment across various multi-vendor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of Diagnostic Imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all required administrative tasks and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates on service activities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service and management teams to maintain high standards of service quality and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: HNC/D in Electronics or a related field (required), Degree (Hons) in Electronics or a related field (preferred), and formal technical training from a relevant manufacturer (preferred).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a healthcare environment, with demonstrated experience in repairing and calibrating Diagnostic Imaging equipment.
- Skills: Strong focus on customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, competency in Microsoft Office and basic networking, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems under pressure.
