Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Jobshop UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of key business objectives through innovative marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective communication and marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead media relations and manage responses to sensitive and high-profile media enquiries.
- Create and commission engaging content that appeals to a range of audiences across multiple channels.
- Advise senior leadership on campaign development and the most effective marketing mix to achieve goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in communications and technology to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Support incident response activities and ensure critical communications are delivered as required.
- Qualifications: A relevant degree or equivalent experience, along with an advanced professional qualification.
- Experience: Proven success in managing complex communication challenges, delivering high-impact campaigns, and advising on reputation-sensitive issues.
- Skills: Exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Attributes: Politically astute, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and identify commercial opportunities.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or alternative transport options) to carry out the duties of the role.
