About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our award-winning Chef Academy as an Apprentice Chef. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals in our kitchen
  • Develop your skills in butchery, foraging, smoking, and curing meats
  • Work on all sections of the kitchen to gain a comprehensive understanding of each area
  • Participate in supplier visits, chocolate training, and bread making
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts
