Job Title: Clinic Manager - Dialysis Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our dialysis unit in Burnley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unit Management: Oversee the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth operations, and making decisions to improve patient care and staff performance.
  • Staff Development: Develop and promote good working relationships with staff, providing guidance, supervision, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all technical equipment is fully maintained and operational, and water quality conforms to Renal Association Standards.
  • Professional Advisory Role: Act as a professional advisor to staff, providing supervision, guidance, and monitoring their performance on a continuous basis.
  • Audit and Review: Run audits, reviews, and patient/staff surveys to ensure company compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NMC/HCPC pin, post-basic qualification in Renal Nursing, ENB998 qualification or equivalent (teaching/assessing).
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in Haemodialysis working at a Senior level, experience of managing and leading a team of nurses.
