Pharmacist (Weekends Only) - Clinical Services Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Services Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical pharmacy services at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the clinical pharmacy services team
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy policies and procedures
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with national and local guidelines and regulations
- Registered Pharmacist with MRPharmS
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice
- Registered independent prescriber or willingness to complete
- Expert clinical knowledge and skills relevant to area of practice
- High organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
