Job Description:
Caretaker required for an immediate start with Daniel Owen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and cleaning duties on site, including key holder responsibilities and liaison with contractors. This is a contract position with varied hours, including Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 10am-6pm, with differing hours during school holidays.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
- Key holder - opening and locking building
- Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements:
- Must have an enhanced DBS
- Maintenance experience
