SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with SEND
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students in a classroom setting
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and support staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
- Assess and monitor student progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to student support
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher with experience working with students with SEND
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and policies
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
