Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Supervisor to join our Children with Complex Health & Disability Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of good practice and ensuring that our children, young people, and families receive the best possible outcomes.
About the Role:- Support the Team Manager in their role by having oversight of practice, holding reflective conversations with the team, quality assuring work, and having some involvement in performance management.
- Work closely with the Practice Supervisor group and the Principal Social Worker to embed practice expectations across all our service areas.
- Have the opportunity to work closely with the Workforce and Learning Service as well as the Student and ASYE programme leads.
- You must have at least 4 years' relevant social work experience, with 3 years post-qualification and a minimum of 6 months as an experienced social worker.
- Paid or voluntary work in a similar, relevant field will be considered at application stage.
- It is desirable that you already hold the Stage 2 Practice Educator Award or show a willingness to start the award within 6 months of starting in the post.
