About the Role

MCG Talent is seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic Marketing Agency based in Dubai, with a relocation package offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director to create stunning graphics that bring events to life, from large-scale walls and banners to digital elements.
  • Ensure that designs meet project objectives and participate in initial brainstorms and ideation.
  • Contribute through creative research and development of inspiration boards, mock-ups, and other visual aids.
  • Proactively identify execution approaches and techniques to visually capture and represent the project's creative narrative.
  • Closely collaborate with Creative and Art Directors to discover opportunities to amplify the character of a place and convey the brand's identity in imaginative and compelling ways.
  • Execute custom design elements for event collateral, including digital activations, stage backdrops, wall graphics, booth design, banners, signage, invites, registration sites, and more.
  • Create a strong story and cohesive visual style for each project to guide the graphic development of individual elements forward.
  • Conceptualize and design 2D environmental graphics and dimensional exhibits, displays, and interior features.
  • Develop environmental graphics, branding, and sponsorship, as well as a diverse range of experiential projects.
