Financial Planning Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Recruit Wealth Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to our Financial Planners and Paraplanners, including preparing documentation packs and processing client information.
  • Provide exceptional client service, maintaining outstanding relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist with the preparation of correspondence, including letters and emails, and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client records, including scanning policy details and correspondence.
  • Extract information from platforms on portfolios and fund/plan performance, and assist with project work and other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  • Polite, courteous, and professional conduct.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to compose well-written client emails and letters.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or professional industry, with a good base knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
  • Flexible attitude with strong agile thinking and a good team player.
