Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will support the design of visual concepts that meet the needs of the business, create and influence branding, and maintain consistency across packaging, presentations, web, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing team in creating visual concepts that meet business needs
  • Create and influence branding, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Design, print, and implement content for packaging, POS, screens (print and digital), and promotional materials to a pre-press print-ready standard
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to develop campaigns, POS, and packaging, and other collateral
  • Create stunning pattern and surface designs
  • Generate drafts and mock-ups of in-house collateral and make revisions as requested
  • Be responsive to the needs of the business and in-house team, and proficient in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain the task board and prioritize workload every week
  • Visit different stores to review work and projects needed for marketing
  • Support and liaise with the social media team on their requirements
  • Support the marketing team with upcoming launches, PR event materials, collaborations, and email communications
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a graphic design role, working in-house or an agency basis
  • Efficient in Adobe suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • After effects or Premier Pro would be an advantage but not essential
  • Image manipulation and basic animation (GIFs) skills (preferred)
  • BA Graphic Design or similar (preferred)
