About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Planning Officer to join our Town Planning team at Waterman Aspen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert planning advice to our clients and contributing to the development of our planning policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing planning advice to clients on minerals and waste planning, planning policies, and the local plan process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in local authorities within a planning policy team.
  • Minerals and Waste planning experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of planning policies and the local plan process.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation and guidance.
