As a Capacity Assessment Specialist within our Shared Services Partnership, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide exceptional support to individuals requiring assessments under the Mental Capacity Act. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the rights of those who may lack capacity are protected, adhering to legal standards and ethical practices.

Utilizing your comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, you will engage in assessing complex cases and conducting independent evaluations of care arrangements. To qualify for this role, you should be a registered Social Worker, Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Chartered Psychologist, possessing a recognized qualification in Capacity Assessment. This position may be available at a senior level, contingent upon the successful completion of a validation portfolio.
