About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a caseload of speech and language therapy clients and work collaboratively with our Clinical Team to develop and implement individualized plans.
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation, providing expert guidance on speech and language therapy best practices.
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required, promoting a person-centered approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with our Clinical Teams to maintain a strong safeguarding culture and ensure the well-being of individuals in our care.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and with individuals with complex needs.
  • Experience working within school environments and with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
