Job Description

Tradeline Recruitment Ltd is seeking an accomplished and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have cradle-to-grave proven experience in the construction of hotels, including refurbishment and new build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement hotel construction projects, overseeing construction, design, and commercial teams to deliver within budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Set project timelines and monitor project deliverables.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress.
  • Coach and support the project team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (favourable but not essential).
  • Time-served experience in hotel construction project management.
  • Competency in PCSA (Pre-Construction Services Agreement) from a main contracting background.
  • Track record of successful project execution on projects exceeding £40m.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and MCIOB certifications (if possible).
