About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Kennington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in wonderful condition for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
  • Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and products.
  • Contribute to the development of our team through sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
  • Full UK Driving license is essential.
  • PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
