Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at an industrial FMCG manufacturing company based in Kendal, Cumbria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, requiring a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs as needed
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime
