Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
  • Work autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of care for dialysis patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMC.
  • Experience in renal dialysis nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
