Job Overview
Five Education Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated In-Class Support Assistant to join our team in Plymouth.

As a Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with identified children and young people, encouraging them to learn and challenge themselves.

The children have a diagnosis of Special Education Needs (SEN) such as Autism or ADHD and/or mental health challenges.

We are looking for an individual who can provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN, promoting their learning and development.

  • Assist with the implementation of behavioral strategies and interventions to support children with challenging behaviors.
