Job Title: Apprenticeship Programme Manager

Educated Appointments is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support a West Yorkshire training provider in delivering exceptional leadership and direction to their Apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Vocational Tutors to achieve high levels of performance and quality measures in line with contractual targets.
  • Monitor quality of provision from the learner and employer perspective and implement arrangements for continuous improvement.
  • Act in accordance with the Leadership principles and ensure effective work stream management and delivery of training in accordance with contractual targets and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise regularly with senior leadership colleagues to understand key business priorities, risks, and issues, and feedback suggested improvements in a timely manner.
  • Manage the timely performance of all delivery elements of programmes, including contributing towards the monitoring of quality, sharing good practice, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining Learner Management Systems to provide statistical and financial information when requested, highlighting operational risks and seeking solutions to ensure programme delivery remains on target.
  • Support with internal and external audit activity, including inspections from Awarding organisations, Funding bodies, and Ofsted.
  • Represent and promote the company both internally and externally, ensuring contract expectations are met.
  • Deliver day-to-day duties consistently with the service level agreement and act as a champion for change and improvement, enhancing quality.
