About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, implementing and enhancing inventory control systems and procedures, and developing and leading a high-performing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory processes to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels
  • Develop and implement strategies for warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing logistics team to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present inventory reports and metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures within a logistics environment
  • Proven experience in FMCG/Ecommerce or Food warehousing, with advanced experience with WMS/ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
