About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our established teams in the Scottish Borders.

As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with planning for their future and preventing the effects of social isolation and loneliness.
  • Assist individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and domestic tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to provide specialist support to individuals experiencing mental ill health.
  • Empower individuals to live independently in their communities and achieve positive outcomes.
What We Offer

We offer a range of great benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata).
  • 35 days' holiday per year, increasing to 40 days with length of service.
