Exciting Opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support one of the UK's top facilities management firms. This role involves providing essential maintenance services across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial environments, particularly within the retail industry, which will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing: Essential plumbing tasks including unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks, as well as repairing leaking taps and washers.
  • Building Maintenance: Conduct repairs on roofs, brickwork, and flooring, ensuring the integrity of the premises.
  • External Works: Manage car park and yard maintenance, including roller shutter repairs.
  • Painting and Decorating: Perform minor painting repairs to maintain aesthetic standards.
  • Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Engage in both scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks.
