Job Title: National Accounts Partnerships Graduate

Veolia is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious National Accounts Partnerships Graduate to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our national account customers, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong internal business relationships with Customer Experience, Sales & Operations Teams to drive customer service and business growth.
  • Support and gain understanding of the local sales process, including shadowing National account executives and Strategic account managers.
  • Develop wider Veolia knowledge and identify key contacts through internal networking and placements.
  • Regional Account Innovation and project management support to our National commercial accounts.
  • Serve business interests by focusing on successful customer retention and growth in line with business strategy and governance processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant Business Management, Accounting or Environmental field (to be achieved by September 2025).
  • Practical outlook to problem solving, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a willingness to learn new things and develop.
  • Enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker, with a drivers licence and willingness to travel.
