We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Leighton Buzzard team and drive sales and profits for Age UK.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff and volunteers, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and profits
- Managing stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with Age UK policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and data protection
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
We offer a competitive salary, 35 hour working week, 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance, and a generous pension scheme. If you are a motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for customer service and sales, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this role requires the ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg.
