About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents at Goldenley Care Home in South Benfleet, Essex.

Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We are looking for a caring and kind individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and complete daily record keeping, charts, and care plans.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality care service.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available.
  • 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday.
  • 28 Days holiday including bank holidays.
