Job Overview
Role Summary:
As a Service Operations Planner at Marubeni Komatsu Ltd, you will be instrumental in assisting the Service Manager and ensuring the seamless functioning of the service division. Your role will encompass managing client service needs, liaising with maintenance technicians, and overseeing administrative responsibilities. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities are vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in overseeing team operations
- Organize and allocate tasks to maintenance technicians
- Track client service needs and schedule maintenance tasks
- Manage service operations and address client inquiries
- Aid in preparing client estimates and billing
- Conduct data management and general administrative functions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in service planning or coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills for client relations
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Preferred experience with heavy machinery and equipment
- Technical knowledge of Komatsu machinery is advantageous
