Position Overview
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.
Location
Our facility is designed to cater to the needs of older individuals requiring both residential and nursing support.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate of £19.50, complemented by a £3,000 welcome bonus.
Work Schedule
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 38.5 hours of commitment each week.
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Make independent decisions while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize your extensive experience in elder care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Essential Qualities and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- RGN qualification and registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience in elder care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
