About the Role

EVO Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with the ability to lead and manage maintenance projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics and manuals to inform maintenance decisions.
  • Utilize logic controllers for equipment programming to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment supplies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in project management and leadership roles is advantageous.
