Job Title: Consultant Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Process Engineer to join our team in Woking. As a Consultant Process Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering process engineering work on various projects, including feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design, and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform process engineering work with minimal supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • Liaise with other disciplines to achieve design consistency.
  • Support the project management team in planning and identifying technical issues that could limit progress or impact project budgets.
  • Provide all necessary input and support to project progress and reporting.
  • Support the Process Group Manager with development of discipline engineers and ensuring technical excellence.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in chemical engineering or post-graduate chemical engineering qualification.
  • Chartered status preferred. Significant related experience of working for engineering/client organisations in the oil and gas industry and/or Low Carbon Energy Transition projects.
  • Exposure to consultancy, FEED/detailed design, and EPC projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable international and industry specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practice.
  • Specialist/high competency in specific area(s) of process engineering.
